I am interested in booking with Furever Friends, how do I get started?

To get started, please email us at fureverfriendpetsitting@gmail.com or fill out the contact form. We will arrange a convenient time to meet you and your pet and discuss our services, review our process and your needs, and select a start date. This initial meet and greet is 30 minutes and free of charge.

What services do you provide?

Furever Friends offers dog walking, drop-in visits, pet taxis, overnight stays, almost overnight care, and mobile dog spa services. View all services here.

What types of pet(s) do you care for?

We have experience caring for multiple species including dogs, cats, horses, cattle, pigs, goats, chickens, reptiles, birds, guinea pigs, fish, and others! Just ask us!

Do you visit at the time I ask for?

Due to the nature of our schedule, we do not guarantee exact times. Instead, we utilize time blocks and guarantee to be there during those time blocks. If a certain time is critical due to medications, etc please let us know.

Our time blocks are as follows:

  • Morning: 6am to 10am
  • Midday: 10am to 2pm
  • Late Afternoon: 2pm to 5pm
  • Evening: 5pm to 9pm

How and when do I pay for services?

Cash, Check, Apple Pay, or Venmo. A 50% Deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the dates and remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Full refund if services are terminated within a 48 hour period to the start of services. If services are terminated within the cancellation policy no refund will be issued.

Furever Friends carefully schedules our time to serve you and our other clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes to pet care.

Can you give medications?

You bet! We have experience giving oral medication, topical medications, injections, and ear/eye drops

We are Licensed, Insured, and CPR certified.

What are our business hours?

Office hours are from 8am-5pm Monday through Friday.

On the weekend we operate 10am-4pm Saturday and Sunday.

These are the hours that we respond to new inquiries and bookings. However, if we are currently taking care of your pets, you may contact us outside of these hours!

Do you offer daycare services?

No, we do not offer daycare services currently.

Mobile Spa FAQ

What services do you offer?

We specialize in bathing and hygiene services only—no full haircuts at this time.

  • Basic Bath Package:  Bath & Blow Dry, Brushing, Ear Cleaning, Nail Clipping & Dremel, Teeth Brushing, Cologne, & Bandana or Bow.
  • Bath & Tidy Package: Includes everything in the Basic Bath Package, plus: Face Trim, Feet Trim, Paw Pads Trim, & Sanitary Trim.

Do you offer full haircuts?

No, we do not offer full-body haircuts. We currently only provide baths and light trimming (face, feet, paw pads, and sanitary area) with our Bath & Tidy Package.

Where do you groom the dogs?

We come to you! Your dog will be bathed and groomed in our fully equipped mobile spa trailer right at your home.

Do I need to provide anything?

No, we bring everything needed! If your dog requires a special shampoo/conditioner, you’re welcome to provide it.

How long does an appointment take?

The time needed depends on your dog’s size, coat type, and temperament. Most sessions take 45–90 minutes, but some dogs may take longer if they are anxious or need extra care.

What areas do you serve?

We currently serve Bartow, Mulberry, Winter Haven, and South Lakeland. If you are outside these areas, contact us to see if we can accommodate.

How much does it cost?

Pricing is based on your dog’s weight and selected services. Contact us for a quote!

Do you groom cats?

No, we only provide services for dogs at this time.

What if my dog is anxious?

We specialize in gentle handling and will do our best to make the experience stress-free. However, if a dog is overly anxious or aggressive, we may not be able to complete the service for safety reasons.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Cash, Check, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice so we can adjust our schedule.
